One Youth

Originally known as Cohesion, One Youth is an inter-church project seeking to work in partnership between the schools and churches of Farnham.

Running events and activities that bring multiple youth groups together as well as helping to facilitate CU's in local schools.

Cohesion initially spent time working into Weydon School and Farnham Heath End School, perhaps the most high profile element of the work was the delivery of high quality lessons and assemblies with a spiritual and moral framework from a Christian perspective. Working closely with the RE departments to provide specialist expertise on such topics as the Bible, war and peace, abortion, communion, worship, the miraculous works of God, churches working together, the Christian understanding of salvation, the philosophical issues of suffering and medical ethics. Cohesion was able to bring in Christians who were experts in their fields to talk to students about the realities of faith in the workplace and at home.
